Join the Sonoma Home Winemakers
The Sonoma Home Winemakers meet the second Thursday of each month at the Sonoma Community Center located at 276 E Napa St, Sonoma, CA 95476. If you are interested in joining the group fill out the Membership Application below. You will be contacted by a board member and invited to attend the next members meeting. You can attend a meeting as a guest and if you do choose to join the group, annual membership dues are $50.

Fun: Life is more enjoyable when you have fun. That is what the SHW club strives to provide in its many activities. In our monthly meetings we nibble on snacks, drink good wine, socialize and continue learning about winemaking. We also have members only events like field trips, seminars, a holiday and a summer party.
Friends: We come together as a community in the interest and pursuit of being home winemakers. In interacting in all our various activities mentioned we meet new friends and make lasting friendships that enrich our lives. We aspire to eat drink and be merry.
Wine! Wine making appeals to those who have a low boredom threshold. We can acquire the skills to deliver a decent wine but there is not a formula for perfection. Wine is elusive. Wine making is a process with a mind of its own. It’s an experience and that is the attraction.​
