The Beverage People:  Santa Rosa warehouse with winemaking supplies including yeast, oak, and equipment for sale.  They also rent equipment and have listings of available grapes.  Wonderful “how to” articles and other helpful articles.  A great resource on our doorstep!

Innerstave Oak Complements   Bay Area based producer of a range of products to help winemakers achieve a range of flavors, aromatics and texture through the use of oak, micro-oxyugenation, and Extended Oak Seasoning.  Of particular interest to home makers are their Oak Cubes conveniently sized for smaller vessels.

Scott Laboratories:  One of the leading suppliers for the North American wine industry.  Great source for information including their  2023 Winemaking Handbook.  There is a great deal of information on yeast and other wine additives.  Scott Lab is also a resource for oak barrel alternatives and oak for fermentation.  Headquartered in Petaluma where you can also collect what you need.  Their telephone number is 707.765.6666.
